after some difficuties, my dad, brother, sister, and i managed to make our way to a driving range that actually would dispense golf balls in return for our money. once that great feat was accomplished, we progressed to the next task of actually learning how to hit a golf ball. doesn't sound so difficult, but there's a reason my foot coordination is better than my hand-eye coordination. anyway, i managed to get a few good hits in, in spite of myself and my obvious lack of golfing experience. my brother and sister fared much better than i, learning from my dad, the only one in the group who actually knows what he's doing :) anyway, it was a generally enjoyable experience, and perhaps with practice i could be at the next master's tournament. that was sarcasm, in case you didn't catch it.
